Breakfast Surprise in the Morning
The mornings began delightfully with fresh pastries that were a treat. The King Room was spacious and offered a bright atmosphere which made our stay enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the noise from nearby rooms sometimes interrupted our peace. Plus, the bathroom sink took a while to drain, which can be quite annoying during busy mornings.

Just a smart choice for a couple of nights in Amherst with good value considering the price it charged. The room included a mini-fridge that was useful for keeping snacks and drinks cold. Check if the pool is open since it looked closed during my stay.

Our room was spacious and tidy, perfect for our family. The breakfast spread was enjoyable, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay with our little one.
My kids wished the hot tub was operational.

I appreciated the beautifully designed lobby and room decor right from the start. The bed in my room was super comfortable. I liked having high-speed internet that worked well, and the late check-out option was a nice touch. However, I faced several issues during my stay. The front desk mistakenly charged me twice, and I struggled to get that resolved due to the lack of a contact number on my invoice. There were several broken amenities in the room, like the curtains and the TV streaming service, which left me frustrated. I also encountered a dirty shower full of mold and a noisy air conditioner. Noise from other rooms was disruptive. Overall, while the hotel has the potential to be great with its beautiful design, maintenance and service need significant improvement.

The Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds and Sofa Bed offers ample space, accommodating both tired travelers and their gear comfortably. Modern decor and a well-lit environment enhance the overall ambiance, making it a pleasant spot to unwind after a day out.
Both the pool and hot tub were closed during the stay, with the hot tub looking particularly uninviting. Additionally, noise from nearby rooms crept in at times, detracting from an otherwise peaceful atmosphere. The bathroom sink experienced slow drainage, which was frustrating when trying to quickly wash up.

We loved exploring the Buffalo Zoo and catching a game at Sahlen Field. The hotel was in a great spot, making it easy to hit nearby outlets, too. Super convenient for our group getaway and the amenities were solid.
We did run into an issue with the hot tub being out of service, which was a bummer since we were looking forward to unwinding there after a long day.
